In this current environment, we need to continue to deliver our services with caution for the safety of our patients and staff.  Unfortunately, these additional precautions result in reduced access to the Hospital areas used for the oocyte (egg) pick up procedure.  We are also experiencing a very high volume of patients seeking treatment after reopening and as the community settles into the ‘new normal’. 

Our team is working very hard to accommodate requests to commence treatment.  If you are intending to start a new IVF or ICSI cycle, please let us know the date of your last period and the anticipated date of day 1 of your next period via the Patient Portal.  This will assist our team to help as many patients as possible at this time.  Advanced notice does not guarantee treatment.  

Unfortunately, this does mean the use of a waitlist at this time.  We hope this will be a temporary measure.  Please know, our team and our colleagues in the Hospital understand how frustrating this is and will continue to work very hard to accommodate you all just as soon as we can.
